[CQ-Contest] ICE website

The site was hacked by a terrorist group.

It was not the official ICE web site.  It will probably not come back
up. Since it was severely trashed with their diatribe.

If you want parts from ICE please consider www.arraysolutions.com, we
have ICE at a small discount for hams.
