[CQ-Contest] I can feel the heat! Fwoosh!

I had written an entire (long) response concerning my feelings on this
subject when it hit me:

If its considered to be OK to ask to be spotted then you and I am diminishing
our possible scores by not asking.

Ask EVERYONE that answers your CQTEST to spot you. Since everyone's run freq
will be eventually be spotted, everyone's scores will go way up!
