[CQ-Contest] VA QSO Party this weekend

The Virginia QSO Party is coming up this weekend. Please get on the air and 
give some of us VA contesters and non-contesters a few Q's. VAQP starts 
1800Z on 3/17 and ends 0200 3/19. Complete rules and past results can be
