[CQ-Contest] Casual contesters?

The recent school of thought that if one does not enter SO AB or operate at
a multi op
they are casual contesters is off track!

Top single band efforts are just as 'big league" as any SO AB maybe even
more so.

Lets move away from this type of elitism.
