Bill makes an excellent suggestion.  Perhaps one of
the "successful contest clubs" can solicit any and all
USA contesters who have an interest in participating
in WRTC2002.  Interested parties could submit their
calls/names.  The resulting list could be submitted to
all the clubs so that they might pick 10 people who
will actually be willing to go.

BTW..what are the 10 most successful contest clubs in
the USA?  Some good groups will be left out of the
process.
