[CQ-Contest] Ham Population by State

I'm wondering if anyone on the reflector knows of a good online source for
ham population numbers for given areas of the U.S.? I'm mainly interested in
ham population per state, county, and grid square but will accept any and
all information that you might have. I'm planning to use the information for
antenna system design for domestic contesting. Thanks a lot for reading and
all information is welcome.
