If C-class flares are not large enough to cause blackouts, why was yesterday's
timing exactly the same as I observed on the air?  Perhaps they mean a C-class
flare would not affect something like the VOA or other high-powered 
broadcaster?
Us little guys would be the first to go, I'd think.
