[CQ-Contest] CQWW Logging Question

N5NJ added at the end of his comments about K8ZT's apparently mistaken
belief that uniques in his CQ WW log didn't count:

Not true.  This is not mentioned in the rules.  The closest the rules get to this
appear to be no different than for the CQ WW SSB & CW: taking credit for
unverifiable contacts may be grounds for disqualification - not necessarily
those words, but to that effect.

In CQ WW RTTY, we're given the benefit of having our uniques thrown out
rather than be DQ'd for making contacts NOBODY can tell will not count.
