There are also a number of books on the subject by doctors
who have studied this issue. One said that the effects
could be minimized by what you eat and when you eat it. I
think they are in the 600-section.
The military has probably studied this ad infinitum, but I
don't recall any book written by anyone indicating he or she
was involved in a military study.
All I know is that JOLT(TM) Cola doesn't work for me!

hours at least, a placebo worked as well as caffeine....
