[CQ-Contest] You want to move the CQWW CW Contest - are you nuts?

I cannot and do not intend to speak for the sponsor (CQ), but in my former 
days on the CQ Contest Committee, the first foundational tenet that I was 
taught was that there would never be a major change to anything in the WW 
because it would take years for the word to get to everyone in the world who 
operates it. That leads to the second foundational tenet "never piss off the 
participants."

Unlike my old friend, K4OJ, I believe "If it isn't broke, continually improve 
it." In this case, however, as the New Yorkers say, "foregtaboutit."
