[CQ-Contest] CQ Asks Contesters to E-mail All Logs

I don't think we are talking about terrorists, per se, just all the copycat
sickos that would like to start some panic, like we are seeing already. I
work in a TV station, and no tours, no live audience shows, no mail or
deliveries until its checked. I think CQ is concerned for their staff, as
we all should be, at least 'til things calm down.

By the way, I guess you just volunteered to go to Hicksville, to work on
logs. :)
