[CQ-Contest] CQWW DX SSB and 160 Meter Band Plan - K4ZDH's Response

I would hope that other VA-VE-VO stations would honour the suggestion on ssb
above 1843.... I know that I WILL !!!!! Its just a very good idea, and will
benifit
