[CQ-Contest] CQWW SSB Conditions

Conditions this past week have been unusual.

Over the weekend, it seemed that the conditions were so good on the higher
bands that Europeans were working Asians much later than normal and did not
begin focusing their attention to the West until later.

On Sunday, 15m was acting like 20m in that it almost shut down during
mid-day while 10m was rockin'.

Friday night was great on the low bands, Saturday night was not so good.

Anyone else have similar observations ?
