[CQ-Contest] WC1M statistical analysis document in PDF

A couple things about WC1M's statistical analysis - K3LR recommended the chart
use high claimed scores instead of 3830 reports.  Probably a good idea.  If the
idea gets developed and other years get done as well, we should do it that way.
Then WA7BNM recommends against the .doc format because of viruses embedded in
macros.  He submitted a PDF for me to post as well.  The docs are:
