[CQ-Contest] Sprint submissions: Cabrillo OK?

The answer is, of course, yes, Cabrillo is acceptable.

In fact, the confirmation email one receives after emailing a log thanks you for the submission and asks for a Cabrillo log if you hadn't sent one.
