[CQ-Contest] Correction in Plaque Winners

An error was made in data entry that resulted in incorrect winners being
given by the computer for the W/VE Low Power Combined Score plaque and the
World Combined Score plaque in the 2001 ARRL International DX Contest.  [Nov QST]

A leading space before the letter indicating the power level in the database
resulted in VA3UZ's Phone score being calculated as Low Power when it was in
fact high power.  This results in Dave K1VUT being the Low Power combined
plaque winner.

A similar coding error results in a change in the World Combined High Power
Plaque.  In the CW results, KH6ND's entry was listed as  KH7Z (KH6ND @KH7R)
but the phone entry was reported as KH7Z (@KH7R) (KH6ND,op). The difference
in the manner in which the call was reported meant the computer did not see
it as a "match" and did not include Mike's score in the overall calculation.
After correction this error, KH7Z (KH6ND @KH7R) is the plaque winner for the
category.

I apologize for these data entry problems and will run a correction in the
Feedback section in December's QST.
