[CQ-Contest] Honor Sprint - Not This Year

After inquiring about interest in running an Honor Sprint in May, I only got a handful of responses, so I am not going to sponsor an Honor Sprint this year.  Sorry about that!

One idea that did come up was that of running a "doubleheader" sprint, with 2 hours on 10-15 in the morning and 2 hours on 20-40 in the evening.  I might do that some other time.
