I found it.  It is SAMLEX, not SAMLEC.

http://www.radiodan.com/misc/samlex1223.htm.  Several dealers.  The SEC 1223 
seems to be priced from $89 to $99.  Is one pound lighter than the Astron 
SS-25 and much less expensive.
