I have operated just about every CW Sprint ever, and am fairly certain that I 
have never made a QSO above 14070. I have no plans to start in this one.  

Any contest that relies on a 4 KHz segment (7035-7039) is doomed anyway, 
regardless of someone else being there for 4 hours out of 48.
