[CQ-Contest] RTTY WPX and NA Sprint CW this weekend

This one is not a bad suggestion.  In fact, it might actually make sense to
abandon the old frequency plan for the sprint -- probably derived from the 
old CD parties (3535+/-,7035+/-,14035+/-) -- in favor of 3500-3535, 
7000-7035, 14000-14035.  The present activity seems to run between
10 and 50 KHz up from the band edge (higher on 20 and 80 meters).  But 
it's too late to do that for this year's contest, and there's some chance 
that there'd be an outcry from low-end DXers who aren't willing to share 
"their" frequencies with contesters...
