[CQ-Contest] Sprint Entry Classification

NCJ Jan/Feb '02, page 40, Sprint Rule #3 says, "low power (100 W)....."
Same edition, p. 37, asterisk footnote for the 9/01 CW Sprint results says,
"*Denotes 150 W or less".  Is this a recent change or a typo?  If typo,
which one is wrong?
