Foreign members of ARRL can contact Rod Stafford, W6ROD at w6rod at arrl.org
Rod is a past President of ARRL and currently serves as International Affairs Vice President.
He doesn't have a direct vote on the Board but does have lots of experience at arm twisting and often participates in the discussions!
