[CQ-Contest] JIDX LOW BAND LOGS

Hello All,
I am trying to get a log to JIDX for last weekends low frequency CW contest.
My log keeps coming back with a message stating the email address listed is
no good.
Email address for logs is listed as
jidx-lfcw at ne.nal.go.jp

I can get email to jidx-chairman at ne.nal.go.jp
and also to the information request email address with no problems.
Is any one else trying to submit logs for this contest and are you having
any luck.
If so what am I doing wrong?
I sent email to the chairman address with no response yet.
