Chapter titles already suggested and volunteered for:

"QRP Contesting"

"Build a Single Tower Station"

"SO2R Contesting"

Other suggestions I have to kick things off:

"Why Are All These People Yelling on My Favorite Band?" (intro)

"Basic Contest Logging" (include paper logging)

"Computer Logging using WriteLog"

"Computer Logging using TR"

"VHF Contesting"

"Microwave Contesting"

"EME Contesting"

"Digital Contesting" (RTTY etc.)

I can think of more but I'll let the group fill those in...
