[CQ-Contest] RE: SS Records

	The last I heard, some people had volunteered to do this for the
	ARRL contest department.  I haven't heard about them since then.

	I have been maintaining a list of all sectional records in YCCC
	territory (all K1 sections, all K2 sections except SNJ).  I was
	also considering working on making a list of all other sections
	this year.
