I'm not sure it was the VK0IR Heard Island DXpedition that coined the idea
of czars, people who had full responsibility and accountability over one
portion of the expedition (i.e. food, antenna layout, computer networking,
etc.). Sounds like this project needs a few czars.
I agree with other posts about identifying the target audience FIRST. This
will set the tone and direction for everything that follows. The goal
won't be accomplished if the book/whatever doesn't appeal to anyone outside
the CQ-Contest reflector.
