A location:
1)  with as few neighbors as possible (my nearest is 300m)
2)  not near overhead powerlines (nearest is 1000m)
3)  an open topography (I have no hills higher within 10km)
4)  a small hill is a plus (mine is 20m above the surrounding terrain
5)  approved by XYL (the most important)
