Here is a clarification on the IARU headquarter stations status for IARU 2002.

>NU1AW is the IARU HQ station.

So,
Last year, you could work a ROD, and it counted as an R2 bonus mult.

NU5DE will not count as an IARU 2002 bonus mult, whether the op has a rod, 
or not.
