[CQ-Contest] WRTC and IARU

I hope the next WRTC in 2006 is in a tropical place!  Conditions are going to be horrible I'm sure.  

The northern latitudes seemed to luck out this year, as conditions were much better than normal.

Of course the CW ops are going to do better... everyone knows CW is better than Fone.  :)
