I received multiple comments from folks who do not believe
that skin-so-soft repels mosquitos. As far as I am concerned,
it's an essential requirement of a dxpedition kit.

In 50% solution with water, this stuff IS effective. We have
used it sailing in the Caribean, for both mosquitos and no see 'ums.
We use it every day, here in Vermont, against both mosquitos and
black flies.

On days when I'm working on landscaping or antennas, I literally
shower in the stuff, at the end of my morning shower. Mosquitos land...
but get up and go away. Black flies don't even land.

And unlike OFF and Cutter, it doesn't contain insecticides which
can be absorbed into your skin. Both of those are NOT supposed
to be sprayed on skin.

Because this is of marginal relevance, it's my last word on the subject.
Don't believe me; try it yourself. Or don't.

Incidentally, it removes pine tar from clothes and hair, and, if you've
followed this thread, the residue of OFF from my laptop and 756PRO,
without damage.

Live long and prosper.
