Well the web site offers to save the current selection
as either a CSV (Comma Separated Values) or Tab Delimited file.
If results for the entire contest are selected (no filters applied).
You can save the entire contents of either file.

Perhaps, contesting.com could "backup" the results on their website.
Maybe offering an alternate/additional interface to viewing/sorting?

If a database were to be built including all contests,
it could offer a way to see individual results over the years
in the same contest.   It'd provide for numerous possibilities.

Of course this interface should provide for CSV, TAB and XML output.
