[CQ-Contest] wintelnetx update available

Version 4.11 of Wintelnetx is now available from my web site.  This adds
a couple features requested to allow for larger fonts for those running
high resolution monitors or needing extra size for readability.  It will
now also restore the saved window configuration so it should always
start up with the window(s) you want to see.  It also makes some changes
to the tnc control that should allow use of tnc's like the kpc9612 that
have 2 ports.  You can also now control weather the user gets
disconnected from the tnc when he disconnects from they node (so 'bye'
will really disconnect the tnc after the node disconnects).
