He probably would have had to have pre-printed notices to cover everyone
caught transmitting above 14.347. Heck, I would have needed them to cover
everyone *I* heard up there while S&Ping around the band!
We're not talking about 14347.2 either. (which might arguably be OK if you
trust your 2.1KHz filter to properly scrub your transmitted signal) We're
talking about well above 348. Some, above 350.
Seems the offending CQers were just about always DX, but that doesn't make
it any more legal for the W's who answer...
