[CQ-Contest] DL Mult Multi in CQ WPX?

Hello everyone,

My brother Bill, W4RM, is traveling with his family in the Berlin area now 
and was wondering if there were any DL Multop stations that were going to be 
on during the CQ WPX this weekend.  He is a good contest op and a member of 
Potomac Valley Radio Club and can help out operating if needed.  He said he 
would be back in Berlin this coming Friday morning and would checking his
