[CQ-Contest] All Asia Contest records?

I'm looking at my Japan International DX Contest (JIDX) Phone Certificate 
framed and on the wall in front of me, dated in the year 2000.

It's for 28 mHz, Low Power, No. 1 In Canada, Score: 2 points. Sadly, this 
is NOT a record breaker.
