Does the FCC even monitor the ham bands any more?  I haven't
heard of anybody getting a pink slip for years.  Years ago,
before I got the Extra, I got a pink slip for operating CW on
7.024.75.  Just barely into the Extra band.  Now I hear guys
operating on 14.349 and I can copy them way out of the band.
