The November/December NCJ is now showing up in mail boxes.

This issue includes Part 2 of K3NA's analysis of the top five WRTC2002 
teams.  The six figures accompanying this article (in pdf format) are 
now posted to the NCJ web site at www.ncjweb.com.  Click on the Index 
link at the top, click on the Bonus Content link on the left, and then 
click on "6 figures".

In addition to the many other general and technical features, this issue 
also contains the printed results of the Jan 2002 NAQP SSB contest and 
the July 2002 NAQP RTTY contest.
