[CQ-Contest] N6TR's QRP SS

I too spent time this weekend wondering if I was going to get beaten by a
guy running 5W!! Great score Tree.

With the strength of the QRP stations this past weekend, it did strike me
that the SS would do very well as a contest with a 150W output power limit.
We could just have Q and A categories - completely eliminate the high power
category.

Let's face it, we don't really need a KW to work around the USA/Canada.
Since you only need to work once, there is no need for power to make
marginal QSOs on the low bands.

If you look at the results, A is the most popular category anyway.

It will have more of an impact on Phone SS than CW, but not sure that it
wouldn't make Phone more interesting and competitive as well.

Of course, anyone could still go to KP2 or KP4 and win...
