[CQ-Contest] Harrassment?

Nice trick. I had an experience with a couple of folks on 3.851. After
calling CQ for 15 minutes or so I got the typical "hey you are
QRMing...blah...didn't your FCC test have a question about intentional
interference...blah..." I worked folks under him pretty well, but it was
of course annoying. Anyway it struck me that he was no longer using
3.853 where he told me he was being interfered with and his buddies
probably came down to listen to him harass me. He was VERY long winded
so I just popped up there for five minutes before he figured it out!
Then I just popped back to 3.851. He left me alone for the next half an
hour at which time I was ready to leave anyway.
