Contest rules section has been updated on 01/09/2002 with October 
contests, including

International calendar:
  - Oceania DX Contest (VK/ZL contest)
  - CQ WW DX Contest
  - RSGB 21/28 MHz Contest

US Contest calendar:
  - California QSO Party
  - Pennsylvania QSO Party
  - Illinois QSO Party

Who knows what happened to Arkansas QP? It used to be held on 1st 
weekend of October but seems to be gone.

Also Rhode Island QP? Is it now part of NEQP or is the contest still 
being held?
