[CQ-Contest] Signing/verifying QSLs

Hi Ken,
When we sent out KC1XX cards a few years ago, they were printed directly to
card stock, no signature or any other form of "authenticity". No complaints so
far.
I will, however, add the "No reply QSL needed." note the next time we do this.
In my own practice, whether a reply is requested or not, my logging program
will queue up a label. I just don't have time to read the "fine print" myself,
and it requires a different set of keystrokes to NOT create a label. Rate is
king!
