[CQ-Contest] ARRL 160 & DX Particpation

I think the ARRL 10 Meter Contest makes for a better
comparison than ARRL DX. US/VE works everyone, DX
works US/VE.

In the 10m contest, DX is recognized with a
few "boxes". Not so in ARRL 160m.

DX stations are welcome to participate fully in ARRL
160 (they can be worked as QSOs AND they count as
mults) and so, IMO, they deserve recognition in
a "box".

Those that think otherwise might be better off
suggesting that DX not be a "real" part of the
contest, not count as mults - relegated to the same
status as non-NA stations in the NA sprints - QSOs
only.
