[CQ-Contest] VY1JA in 10 Meter Contest

Jay, VY1JA, asked me to post that his PC is down and so cannot post
this info himself.
He just got on the contest at 2047Z, Sat, 12/13.  He will be camping
out on 28.427 SSB and 28.027 CW looking for the USA.  He suggests best
time to try is at your sunset but he was 59+ at 1247 PST here.
