[CQ-Contest] Help w/ Logging

So, if Rex submits a CW-only log without those SSB QSOs 
listed, will the 4 SSB Qs get NIL penalties???

Does anyone know if CQ contests are the same for single-
band entrants not reporting QSOs made on other bands?
