[CQ-Contest] Help w/ Logging

Last year in the RTTY Roundup, I had 3 NILs. All with
the same guy on 3 bands. That would obviously be his
problem, but I was of course penalized. You are not
allowed to negotiate, but a human looking at this
would see the problem in 1 second. A computer log
check of course calculated that I screwed up.
Whatever.
Live and move on.
