Just a reminder of the RAC Canada Winter Contest ready to roll 0000z Dec
27th. Also for those of you getting ready for the SPDC, come on the night
before and check out your system with RAC!

One addition to the rules published earlier.  The sponsor of the plaque for
the top Multi-Single Low Power entry is the Mississauga Amateur Radio Club.
This is a new category for the Winter Contest.
