[CQ-Contest] The Stew Perry TopBand DX Challenge VIII

It is nearly time for the serious 160M enthusiast to fire up the
rig and join the throng for the 8th running of The Stew Perry TopBand DX
Challenge sponsored by The Boring Amateur Radio Club. This CW only
contest starts 1500Z Dec. 27 and ends 1500Z Dec. 28. You may operate 14
hours out of the contest period. There are a few other simple rules such
as what the exchange is, how your radio will disintegrate into a pile of
pooh if you use the packetcluster and the strict dress code necessary to
accept a winning plaque. These concise rules should be read aloud to the
local constabulary if questioned about your activities during the
