[CQ-Contest] Help! Need CT utility

Happy New Year one and all.
I am in the process of uploading various contest logs to LOTW.  I have some 
old CT logs (version 7, version 8 and version 9) and would like to convert them 
to .adi(f) format so that I can upload them to the LOTW.
Any suggestion will be appreciated as to the source of a utility program to 
accomplish this tour de force (free or otherwise).  Please respond to my 
personal e-mail address so that unnecessary bandwidth on the reflector is respected.
