[CQ-Contest] arrl dx cw

I am still looking for a couple more cw operators for the arrl dx cw
test in 2 weeks.  All skill levels needed.  This is a good chance to
come and see how a m/m operation works as only 1/2 the operators need to
be members of the YCCC so we have lots more flexibility than in cqww.
