The big contests involve us here in VK taking the Monday off work to finish
a contest..  as 0000z Sunday translates to 1100am local time Monday !!  I
guess similar things apply in KH6 where they may take the Friday off work..
The 24hour contests like IOTA, Oceania, UBA and others are fun, but to do a
contest-pedition for under 36 hours operating any of these would be hard to
justify. Having a reduced hour category (like IOTA) may stimulate more
activity.

The big 36/48 hour contests generally stimulate Big participation anyway.
